What Geo City Residents Love About Our Plumbing Services

I had a great experience with this company. The office assistant was very attentive and listened to my problem. She contacted me several times to keep me updated on the plan. Their staff showed up the same day and worked diligently until they fixed the problem. They were knowledgeable and their work was organized and neat. The prices were very reasonable. The only thing I have left to say is Chris and Reese are my new best friends. I highly recommend this company.

Stellar customer service that was very quick to service my repair. They were able to send out a service technician to check the issue the same day I called, then came back early the next morning to get started. Roger was very pleasant, answered any questions I had, and quickly got the job done within 2 hours. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you have and will definitely be using them again in the future. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Reece was great to work with. We had a difficult situation where our plumbing was damaged by a tenant and we needed permits and inspections done on the property and he showed up and quickly got us an estimate, worked with us to nail down the scope of work and then completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. The young lady in the office also did a great job coordinating the schedule. They did an amazing job. We have another project we’re starting with them soon. If you need a licensed plumber I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!

Very uneventful in a very good way. There were no surprises or unknowns. The company communicated very well, I knew what to expect and when to expect them. Reece showed up on time and checked over the job. He gave us a quote right away which was very fair. We agreed, he did the work, and certainly made our kitchen area much better than when he started. He even did a few other small fixes to make things work smooth all around. He was quick and very clean as well as friendly while he was working. I would easily recommend Porchlight Plumbing.

I highly recommend Reece Koutnik with Porchlight Plumbing! I recently had a leak at my home, and Reece quickly diagnosed the cause instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. He explained the problem clearly, completed the work professionally, and charged me a fair and honest price. It's not always easy to find contractors who combine technical expertise with integrity, but Reece demonstrated both. I truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and the peace of mind he provided throughout the process.

We called early Monday morning letting them know that we had a water emergency and no water as running to our house. They responded promptly and had Roger out in a very short period of time. Roger worked relentlessly and with perfect professionalism until our problem was fixed and we were in a better state than before the emergency. We appreciate Porchlight Plumbing more than anything and Roger was a true gift. Thank you Roger for working non-stop and thank you Porchlight Plumbing for helping us connect with him!
